On March 25, 2019, the Kentucky governor signed Senate Bill 114, permanently authorizing notaries public commissioned in the state to remotely notarize electronic documents as of January 1, 2020. Kentucky remote online notarization laws: Senate Bill 114.

Remote Notaries in Kentucky can do notarizations for signers anywhere in the world. (as long as the Notary is physically located in the state at the time of the notarial act.)

It’s a pretty simple process, and you can even get your online notarization via your mobile phone. You’ll need to upload a copy of your ID, and then we will verify your identity via Zoom. After that you simply sign, we stamp, and the final paperwork is sent to you to download, print, or e-mail.
